This Weeks Schedule

Dear Parents,

I understand that for most of you this is your first Willow Park Christmas Concert and like most parents you want everything to be perfect.  To help with this I quickly broke down the week’s events.

Monday, Dec. 9^th

(Monday/Wednesday Class Only)

*Dress rehearsal in the school gym during the afternoon

  

Tuesday, Dec. 10^th

(Tuesday/Thursday Class Only)

*Dress Rehearsal at the Daystar Church during the morning.

-Students will leave the school at 8:45 am and return at 12:15pm

Wednesday, Dec. 11^th

(Monday/Wednesday Class Only)

*No Christmas Concert practice or rehearsal. (Day of rest)

-Mon/Wed. students will make Christmas Gingerbread Cookies in the morning

Thursday, Dec. 12^th

(Combined Class)   Tuesday/Thursday Class in our classroom

                                 Monday/Wednesday Class in the Music Room

*Pajama Day in Kindergarten

-Students should come to school in pajamas unless their P.Js are at school already for the concert.

-Students will leave the school for the afternoon performance at 12:00 pm and return at 3:00pm.

The Christmas Concert starts at 1:15pm

(No tickets required for the afternoon performance)

The doors will open for family and friends at 12:30pm

Students will wear their pajamas and indoor school shoes.

All students will be sent home in their pajamas.

The evening Christmas Concert starts at 7:00pm

(Tickets are required)

The doors will open at 6:30pm

All students should be dropped off at 6:30pm wearing their pajamas.

I will bring their indoor school shoes, Teddy Bears and flashlights.

Students stay for the whole performance.

At the end of the concert, all parents are to stay in the foyer.

I will parade my class to and through the foyer carrying a sign with our class name, “Hannon Kindergarten” so we will be easy to spot for all parents.

No student is to leave without me acknowledging their parent/guardian.

All students will go home with their flashlights and Teddy Bears.

Friday, Dec. 13^th

(Tuesday/Thursday)

-Tues/Thurs. students will make Christmas Gingerbread Cookies in the morning.
